Post jest spóźniony o prawie 2 tygodnie... Cóż, nie ma to jak lenistwo na stare lata :P Ale przejdźmy może do meritum.


A kim jest ten Mistrz Gry?

To ten nieszczęsny gość (tudzież dziewczyna), który/-a spędza wiele godzin nad przygotowaniami do sesji, by gracze mogli zrujnować jego/jej misterne plany w ciągu pierwszych 15 minut zabawy.


Czym jest Dzień Mistrza Gry?

Według informacji, które udało mi się zebrać jest to hmm... 'święto' o podobnym charakterze co Dzień Kobiet. Tylko, że w tym wypadku cześć i chwała należą się naszym poczciwym, nieziemsko cierpliwym Misiom :P


Kiedy obchodzimy Dzień Mistrza Gry?

4 marca - w rocznicę śmierci Garry'ego Gygaxa - człowieka, którzy przyczynił się do powstania gier RPG w latach 70. XX w. 'Święto' to obchodzone jest dopiero od dwóch lat (Garry Gygax zmarł 4 marca 2008 roku).

Jak obchodzić ten Dzień?

Najlepiej jest się wybrać na zakupy :P Ale nie takie zwykłe zakupy. Chodzi o kupowanie podręczników do RPG (w prezencie Mistrzowi XD). Wiele zachodnich sklepów zajmujących się sprzedażą podręczników znacznie opuszcza tego dnia ceny. Przeglądając ich oferty musiałam przyznać, że upusty są naprawdę dość znaczne (średnio od 25%-40% mniej za podręcznik). Jaka szkoda, że w Polsce Dzień Mistrza Gry nie jest tak respektowany...

Jaka postać?

Dla zabawy zrobiłam sobie test z serii What Kind of D&D Character Would You Be? No i bomba, starałam się odpowiadać jak najbardziej adekwatnie. Rezultat mnie zaskoczył.Oto i on (leniwa jestem, nie będę tłumaczyć tego na polski):

Alignment:

They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. Race:
Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Class:
Druids gain power not by ruling nature but by being at one with it. They hate the unnatural, including aberrations or undead, and destroy them where possible. Druids receive divine spells from nature, not the gods, and can gain an array of powers as they gain experience, including the ability to take the shapes of animals. The weapons and armor of a druid are restricted by their traditional oaths, not simply training. A druid's Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that they can cast.

W sumie to cieszę się, że nie wyszedł mi półork. A było blisko XD No i trzeba będzie popracować nad statami X_x Jak widać mam mizerną kondycję (aż dziw, że nie zeszło poniżej 10).

The Gamers

Jakiś czas temu (wystarczająco dawno, by dziwić się, że jeszcze tego tutaj nie zamieściłam :P) trafiłam na prześwietny film dotyczący gier RPG. Nie tak dawno temu pojawiła się jego kontynuacja (znacznie dłuższa i bardziej zaawansowana technicznie), która moim zdaniem jest równie zabawna. Jeśli ktoś jest miłośnikiem gier fabularnych, albo po prostu lubi się czasem pośmiać to bardzo polecam :D

Tutaj znajdziecie pierwszy film pt. The Gamers (z angielskimi napisami, playlista, nic tylko siąść i oglądać :D)
Z kolei tutaj druga część pt. The Gamers 2: Dorkness Rising (również playlista :P)
